Spring is the time of GROWTH! Join us for this fun stretch where you and your family can grow like flowers to practice mindful breathing and improve flexibility.

When: This exercise is excellent for the morning when you and your family need to stretch to wake up and before bedtime when you need to focus on breathing and relaxing! 

Where: For this activity, it's best to sit on the floor and somewhere you can stretch your arms up high!
